AT HOME
I know how people's bathrooms look and what shampoos and soaps they have and I am not happy. Even in modern buildings are the bathrooms neglected. I will show here some ideas for how to style your bathrooms and and to fill in your shampoo into nice stylish bottles. I just want that you have once a week a spa day at home and that it feels like a glamorous indulgent rich spa time. These are Pinterest pictures just to animate you to get some ideas.






PILATES AT HOME FOR FREE
Gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates or meditation can be done at home for free. I know, I know, we will not do it for 1 hour. Most of us not, but even if we do this regularly 10 minutes, will it help us to feel more relaxed and in turn help to bolster our mental health.


BATH RITUALS
I have shown you some bathroom ideas, and here with with this Youtube video I show you a DIY version of how to change the look of your bathroom.
Many people have their bathrooms painted in white, and they tend to buy the cheapest shampoos, which look cheap as well.
Use wallpapers to bring color into the bathroom. Buy nice bottles to fill up your shampoos and conditioners. Soaps can be bought from TK-MAX.
Hang pictures up, get an interestingly framed mirror.
BODY SCRUB AND MASSAGE
You can do this yourself, or you can have your partner massage you. You can buy bath salts for £10, or make it yourself with things you have in the kitchen. Massage and scrub rituals once a month for your both will and should work wonders for your health and your relationship.
I find that it reduced arthritic pain.


RUNNING
It is free, or well, you need sports shoes at least. But otherwise it cost nothing.
It helps you to lose weight and burn calories. It increases oxygen intake and improves cholesterol and can lower your blood pressure. You tend to feel all round better after running. Does a lot to improve your mood and help to sleep better.
And it can even have an positive impact on your bone health. Your bones will become stronger. Your balance and prosture gets better.
I am not a runner, but when I was running. I can remember that I felt all around simply perfectly healthy.
