My sleeping habits
I am 60 years old and find sleep boring and a waste of time. I rather want to experience live. When I was young I could sleep for hours. I did not wanted to face the world sometimes and slept deep into the days. But this has changed. I look after myself and try to sleep as often as possible 8 hours or at least 6 hours. But there are times I am not finished with my home projects, and working through the night and sleeping from 3 am is here the answer for me. But I did this and it made me very ill sometimes. But like this night, I think what helps me if I have two days rest and spend my time with my partner. Watching TV, talking, me knitting.
Yes scrub your entire body slowly and sorrowly with a soft brush. It really works wonders with me. And massage is another thing that helps.
