My sleeping habits

I am 60 years old and find sleep boring and a waste of time. I rather want to experience live. When I was young I could sleep for hours. I did not wanted to face the world sometimes and slept deep into the days. But this has changed. I look after myself and try to sleep as often as possible 8 hours or at least 6 hours. But there are times I am not finished with my home projects, and working through the night and sleeping from 3 am is here the answer for me. But I did this and it made me very ill sometimes. But like this night, I think what helps me if I have two days rest and spend my time with my partner. Watching TV, talking, me knitting.

If you suffer from aches and pains because of Arthritis, try to scrub your body once a week with a brush. It can work wonders. You might don't need to take so often painkillers. You even was on Maproxen and you might can reduce the amount you have to take. 

Massage helps as well and it is worth to get a professional massage, but if it is too expensive. Take your husband as a help. I don't think he will decline it.

Yes scrub your entire body slowly and sorrowly with a soft brush. It really works wonders with me. And massage is another thing that helps.

What I just found out about pain.

I suffered from pain all over my body and had bought Co-Codamol for it. I took it at home and alter had a nice meal and enjoyed a Saturday evening with my partner. wE were watching TV. We discussed the current situation in hte world with war against Israel.

Previous day, I used a Magnesium cream against the pain and it hadn't worked. But this time, simply watching TV and knitting and talking healed me. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling fit and perfect. (More to my sleeping habbits later).

It means that if everything is alright in your live, you heal much better then when there is stress and disaster.
